Pencoed House are delighted to offer for a limited period only, our new Winter Sparkler wedding package. This is for the last remaining dates in October 2025 to March 2026.

With Exclusive use of the Old hall, Cwrt Clive, Woodland Bar for 60 adult day guests and more if required, it’s the perfect winter wedding setting with the cosy log fire and the charm of the estate.

• Based on a minimum of 60 adult day guests (including the couple)
• 3 course meal from Cresta Caterers only
• House DJ for between 7pm and 11.30pm
• Table linen and 3ply napkins
• Candelabras for the centrepieces
• Banqueting chairs and tables
• Cake stands,
• Cake knife and log slice to display your wedding cake
• Master of ceremonies to provide a smooth running of your special day
• Venue wedding co-ordinator to help with your planning stages
• Use of the link marquee, Bar and Cwrt Clive areas

Accommodation is available to hire separately for the night of the wedding, with space for up to 40 guests—please refer to the main tariff sheet for pricing.

A drinks package can also be added from £15.50 per person. Example package: Buck’s Fizz after the ceremony, one glass of house wine with the meal, and Prosecco for the toast.

Additional adult day guests are charged at £75.00 per person.
