Terms & Conditions

1. Wedding must take place between Jan 2nd 2026 and December 31st 2027 to qualify.

2. Only the wedding packages and bespoke wedding invoices which have been paid directly to Pencoed House Estate will be included in the draw.

3. Prize is non-transferable and no alternative will be offered.

4. Only the food costs included within the wedding packages are eligible.

5. Only accommodation invoiced to the happy couple is included.

6. All weddings taking place in 2026 and 2027 will be entered into a live prize draw at the Estate on Sunday 30th 2028; couples will be personally invited to attend and see the draw.
